The Susan G. Komen For the Cure Collection at
Broward County Main Library

Thanks to a grant from the Susan G. Komen For The Cure, Broward County Library has been awarded the opportunity to purchase materials on breast cancer for our collection. The mission of the Broward County Library's, Susan G. Komen For the Cure Collection, is to provide access to educational materials dealing with breast cancer, to better serve the changing needs of the Broward County community. The collection includes materials in print and audiovisual formats and includes materials in English, Spanish and Creole.

Gracias a una dotación de la organización Susan G. Komen for the Cure (“Susan G. Komen por la Cura”), la Biblioteca del  Condado de Broward ha estado adquiriendo materiales sobre el cáncer del seno para nuestra colección.  La misión de la colección Susan G. Komen for the Cure es proporcionar materiales educativos sobre el cáncer del seno, y así servir mejor las necesidades cambiantes de las comunidades del Condado de Broward.   La colección incluye materiales impresos y en formato audiovisual, en inglés, español y criollo haitiano.
