Teens & Special Events
Along with the day-to-day activities at the library, teens have the chance to participate as volunteers in a number of award-winning special events and programs. Each year, Broward County Library holds two major events that celebrate children and reading, the Children's BookFest in April and the StoryBook Festival in November. At these fun-filled happenings, teens can help with games and activities, dress as costumed characters, assist library staff - and get a free t-shirt!
