Telecommunication companies wishing to use Broward County’s rights-of-way must complete a registration form and return it to the County with the appropriate filing fee. Please print the registration form and provide all requested information.

The Broward County Board of County Commissioners have amended the County’s telecommunications ordinance to include the rights-of-way registration process. All telecommunication companies must comply with Ordinance Number 2001-04 when providing telecommunication services.

Fees related to registration and per linear foot use of the rights-of-way are identified in Resolution #2001-39.
