From I- 95:  Head west on Broward Boulevard.  Turn north (right) onto N.W. 28 Terrace or N.W. 28 Way.  The park's entrance will be be on the west (left) side of N.W. 28 Terrace or the east (right) side of N.W. 28 Way, in the center's parking lot.
