The Surfside Ride is just one of many fun, family events held during Florida Bicycle Month 2009.

This past Bicycle Month event was held on Saturday, March 14, 2009.  There was an 11-mile ride through state and county parks and along beautiful Hollywood Beach. 

Before the ride, there was a bicycle safety check at 8 a.m. and then the pedaling started at 9 a.m.

All proceeds from the event were donated to the Wildlife Care Center.
