- Yoga classes offered at Secret Woods Nature Center -
WHAT: Secret Woods Nature Center in Dania Beach offers Yoga, for all ages, taught by Lynette Culp, an instructor with more than 30 years of experience. Culp’s body/mind/spirit yoga classes include breathing, meditation, visualization, and chakra work. Participants should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or thick blanket to each class.
The classes are offered on Mondays and Thursdays by appointment only, and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays. The fees are $10 per class and $90 for 10 classes; exact change is requested. All skill levels are welcome; first-timers should arrive to class early.
