Habitat: Pine flatwood.

Vegetation: South Florida slash pines with a cypress/red maple wetland contained within. Understory plants of fern, beauty berry, wild coffee, and wild lime.

Wildlife: Several species of hawks, various wood warblers, owls, woodpeckers, and wading birds. Great site for spring and fall warbler walks.

Amenities: Concrete walkway, elevated boardwalk, interpretative signage, and benches.
