Contract Compliance Evaluation
The Program Development, Research and Evaluation Division’s Human Services Department Evaluation Team provides centralized contract evaluation services for Human Services Department contracts using an evaluation tool based on best practice research.
Who we serve
Broward County’s Human Services Department, its Divisions and the community-based human service agencies funded by Broward County’s Human Services Department.
Services
Conduct pre-evaluation on-site agency visits to review specific contract requirements for each program funded and assist agencies in understanding their contract requirements.
Conduct comprehensive reviews and on-site evaluations of County funded programs/agencies under contract with Broward County. Agency administrative competence, service delivery practices, contract compliance and the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of funded agencies and their programs are evaluated.
Provide technical assistance, education and assistance to funded agencies during site visits and scheduled training events.
Evaluation reports generated provide essential feedback for the Human Services Department, its Divisions and the contracted agencies being reviewed concerning:
