The Program Development, Research and Evaluation Division’s Human Services Department Grants Team provides a strategic approach to future funding opportunities in Broward County through grant research and technical assistance.

Who we serve

Community-based human services agencies in Broward County and the agencies of Broward County’s Human Services Department.

Services

	Grant Information Sharing Initiative- The Grants Team publishes information about relevant Federal, State and Foundation funding to the community.
	Partnerships and Collaborative Relationships - The Grants Team facilitates partnerships among community entities to increase the competitiveness of local grant applications. The Team provides assistance in developing collaborative grants, as well as technical assistance, capacity-building, special request research, grant application development and editorial support.
	Grants Tracking Database- The Grants Team maintains a database that tracks community application development history, as well as the status, and success, of recent grant pursuits.
	Workshops - The Grants Team presents workshops such as Grantwriting Basics, Collaborative Grants Development, NPO Governance, Logic Models and Outcomes Measurement, Strategic Planning and Program Evaluation through the Human Services Department’s TRAIN Institute.
