Human Services Grant Applications/Renewals In Development

Human Services Grant Applications/Renewals Submitted

The Federal, State, Local, and Foundation Funding Opportunities application provides information about current grant funding opportunities.

The application has two sections both of which include:

Grant Title, the title of the grant
Funder Information, the name of the funder
Date(s) Due, when the application is due to the funder
Purpose, brief statement explaining purpose for grant funding

Section 1 - Provides a link to a one-page summary of the grant opportunity. By clicking on the title of the grant, the one-page Review Finding Summary (RFS) will open. The RFS contains a link to the detailed funding announcement.

Section 2 – Contains a brief description regarding a funding opportunity and a link to the funder. Opportunities listed here do not represent a Human Services Department priority based on its Business Plan, or the County is not an eligible applicant.

The Human Services Grant Applications/Renewals in Development application provides information about grant applications currently in development to encourage agencies to become involved in the application process if they had not been earlier and/or to provide information that will help avoid duplication or unnecessary competition by agencies also submitting an application for the same funds.

The Human Services Grant Applications/Renewals Submitted application provides information about grant applications that have been submitted and are awaiting outcome of the review process in an effort to assist, in combination with information from the other two documents, the assessment of grant opportunity pursuits.
