Program Development and Research
Human Services Department Repository

The Human Services Department Repository is located in and managed by the Program Development, Research and Evaluation Division. The Repository provides centralized storage of and efficient access to Human Services Department social services contracts and contract-related documents for each division of the Human Services Department. Documents include contractually required reports, monitoring site visit results, contracted services outcomes achievement, and agency certification files. Documents are organized by fiscal year and retained in hard copy and electronic formats.

As technology advances, so does the Repository's role in centralizing and improving the Department’s ongoing contract administration and records management.

Who we serve

Although most of the customers served by the Repository are internal staff from the Human Services Department and its Divisions, the Repository also provides services, whenever possible, to other County offices and to the public upon request.
