Federal Program
The Broward County Board of County Commissioners contracts with a Washington, D.C. based lobbying firm to actively pursue the County's legislative agenda. The Federal Program includes legislative and appropriation items.
Representing Broward County in Congress are United States Senators Mel Martinez and Bill Nelson and United States Representatives Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Lincoln Diaz-Balart, Alcee Hastings, Ron Klein, Kendrick Meek and Robert Wexler.
