State of Florida, Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles

In order to obtain a Florida driver's license you must be at least 15 years old. There is no residency requirement. Anyone seeking a Florida license must furnish legal identification, and all minors must also furnish a parental consent form. A motorcycle endorsement is required for motorcyclists.
