The Office of Public Communications is an information center -- sending out news releases on County activities, designing and producing publications on County services, and assisting other County agencies with their public education endeavors and special events. The Office also serves as a liaison with the media in times of hurricanes or other disasters, and manages the County's website.

The Call Center is a multi-lingual, one-stop shop for information on Broward County Commission/Government services. Customer service representatives will assist residents and visitors with information on any County service to ensure easy access to County government.

The Public Information section offers creative support to all County agencies - providing graphic and web design services; media services, including video production; along with editorial development and prepress assistance. The office produces printed products such as newsletters, brochures, forms, posters, annual reports and flyers. The office also produces material for audio-visual presentations, specialty products and exhibits.

The Print Shop provides the following services: color copying offset press printing, forms, finishing services, CD/DVD duplication, large format printing, mail fulfillment, and lamination. Call the Print Shop at 954-357-7120 for more information.
