Broward County Purchasing Division Notice for Bids

The following pages contain a listing of all the Bids, Requests for Letters of Interest (RLI), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Quotation Requests currently advertised by Broward County. In addition, the full text of Bids and RLI's is available for viewing, printing or downloading. Note that this list and the documents attached to it were created in a Portable Document Format (PDF) in order to maintain the formatting of the text and various forms included. Therefore, you will need Acrobat Reader software (click here), which is available free from the Internet, in order to view the bid list and its associated documents.
Please carefully read the instructions provided by Adobe before downloading and installing the Acrobat Reader software. You need only download and install the Acrobat Reader software once. In order to operate properly, Acrobat Reader must be installed as a plug-in and not as a helper application. For best results in navigating through each bid, let the document load completely before moving on to other items. Note that the text of the County's RFP's and Quotation Requests is not available at this time. For further information on RFP's or Quotation Requests, see the following pages to contact the Purchasing Division.

Broward County has enacted a Cone of Silence which generally prohibits communications with anyone serving on a Selection/Negotiation Committee or anyone who evaluates or recommends selection in the procurement process. Said prohibition begins upon shortlisting and terminates upon award Section 1-266, Broward County Code of Ordinances.
