Quotation Requests
NOTE: Any solicitations downloaded from sources other than the official Broward County Purchasing website may not be the official and final version, and may result in the rejection of a submittal if not an accurate rendition of the solicitation.
The following is a list of Quotation Requests for goods and/or services which are for requirements less than the $30,000.00 mandatory bid threshold. To obtain a copy of any Quotation Request listed below, click on the Quotation Number. To contact the responsible Purchasing Agent, click on the Agent Contact E-mail Link. Please reference the quote number in all correspondence.
Responses to Quotation Requests are due by the close of business of the due date specified and may be faxed to the Purchasing Division or to the division specified on the quotation request. All quotes submitted must be signed. A signature assumes acknowledgment and acceptance on the part of the bidder of the quotation request terms and conditions. The Purchasing Division may not accept a faxed response if it is illegible.
Information on this website is for informational purposes only, refer to the solicitation document for all applicable terms and conditions. Any questions concerning these solicitations may be directed to our Contracts Section at (954) 357-6069. Please be aware our Quote Fax Number has been changed to 866-562-8719. Please fax all quotation requests to the new fax number.
Note to New Vendors
To receive notification of upcoming solicitations for your area(s) of interest, see the section on Vendor Registration. Notifications for Formal Bids/RFPs, Requests for Information, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Letters of Interest are issued via e-mail, as solicitations for the products/services specified on your registration form become available. It is the responsibility of each registered vendor to provide the County with a current, valid e-mail address.

Addenda
Solicitations may have had Addenda issued to them. An Addendum in some way modifies information from the original solicitation, i.e., to announce changes in the opening date, specifications, terms, conditions, or other modifications to the document. In addition, many addenda are mandatory (MUST be signed and returned with your quote). Anyone responding or contemplating responding should contact Purchasing Division to receive e-mail notification of Addenda for that solicitation.
