Broward County's Online Vendor Registration

Welcome to Broward County's Online Vendor Registration!

Completion of this electronic form will expedite the process of placing your firm on Broward County's automated bid mailing list to receive Quotations, Invitations for Bids, Requests for Proposals and Requests for Letters of Interest for the products and or services you specify, as they become available. Specific instructions on how to complete online registration will accompany each of the three steps that comprise this process.

As an overview of the Online Vendor Registration process, the first step, below, requires basic information about you or your firm. Once this information is verified and submitted, the second step will present a broad listing of categories of goods and services, called commodity classes, that may be procured by the County. Mark the ones for which you would like to receive bid solicitations. The third step will require you to mark the detailed areas included in the broad catagories chosen in step two, for which you want to register and receive bid solicitation. Upon completion of the online registration process, a receipt will be issued, which you can print for your records.

Please note that the online registration process must be completed at one time. You cannot put your registration on hold and come back to it later, or complete it in stages. Depending upon the range of products and/or services you or your firm offers, the greater the range, the more time required for this process. Each commodity class you choose may have less than one hundred to over one thousand detailed areas to review! Please plan your registration time accordingly.

Once your registration is received by the Broward County Purchasing Division, you will begin to receive bid solicitations for the areas of interest you have specified as they become available.
