County Consultant Services 

Real Property Section provides real estate internal consulting services for the Broward County Board of Commissioners, the County Administrator’s Office (CEO), and Broward County Departments, Divisions and Offices only (not for the general public).

County Consulting Services means that Real Property Section acts as the County’s professional advisor for analysis, recommendations, and opinions concerning real estate by applying professional real estate standards and methods in accordance with Florida Statutes, Broward County Code, and Broward County Administrative Code.

	Develop real estate strategic plans, goals and objectives for the County.
	Provide professional real estate expertise with regard to special programs and projects for the County, municipalities, State of Florida and other government-related organizations.
