We will be adding the images of documents recorded earlier, as time goes by, and hope to have our entire library of documents, from 1883-present available in image form in the near future.
Value Adjustment Board (VAB) contains information pertaining to the process by which a property owner can, through a petition and hearing procedure, challenge the valuation, exemption, or classification assigned to the property. The valuation, exemption, or classification forms the basis used to calculate the taxes imposed on the property.
The Work Status page will allow you to see what we're working on today and what documents we are returning to their owners.
