Sunshine Advertisment
Florida's Government-in-the-Sunshine law requires that meetings of boards or commissions must be open to the public, reasonable notice of such meetings must be given, and minutes of the meeting must be taken.

CONE OF SILENCE
Per Broward County Code of Ordinances Chapter 1, Section 266 - Cone-of-Silence , a prohibition on any communication regarding a particular Request for Proposals (RPF), Request for Letters of Interest (RLI), bid, or other competitive solicitation takes place upon determination of a short list.

When a contract for the solicitation has been approved or awarded, the solicitation ends and CANCELLATION notification must again be sent so the notice can be removed from the Internet.
