  • Apply 3rd party credit

3rd Party Credit
  • If POP tonnage is not reached, aggregate POP tonnage applied 1st, then credit for 3rd party tonnage applied to shortfall not to exceed the shortfall amount

What Happens at the End?
  • County has unilateral right and option to extend agreements for five years
  • All terms and conditions stay in effect
  • Includes pricing and most favored nation clause
  • County notice of intent to extend 6 – 24 months in advance

North and South Plants
  • Process the county’s waste under a “most favored nations” type provision


  • Provide county 10% discount below lowest price then being charged to 3rd parties
