Neighborhood Enhancement Program
The Neighborhood Enhancement Program consists of three separate programs.
The first program is the County's Traffic Calming Program which is managed by the Traffic Management Team. This Team works with unincorporated residential neighborhoods which are seeking relief from speeding and cut-through traffic on their local residential streets.
The second program is the Residential Street Light Program. This is only for unincorporated residential neighborhoods which request new installation or upgrades to existing street lights within their community.
The third program is the County's Sidewalk Program. Citizen requests are reviewed for missing links of sidewalks along County roadways and streets within the unincorporated areas. An investigation is conducted to determine if the missing link would be beneficial.
