The Sign Section is responsible for the installation and maintenance of traffic control signs on Broward County's right-of-way and cities that have agreements for sign installation.
We respond to stops and yield signs down, along with hazards that interfere with the safety of pedestrian and motorist on a twenty-four hour a day, seven days a week. The general maintenance of traffic control signs are provided during a seventeen hour day.

Coordination with the Signal Section on the installation of new traffic signals and the removal of the existing stop signs.
