REDEVELOPMENT CAPITAL PROGRAM (RCP) 

The Office of Urban Planning and Redevelopment (Office) is responsible for implementing the Redevelopment Capital Program (RCP). The RCP is open to all municipalities in Broward County for redevelopment projects outside of existing CRA boundaries.

The RCP is funded with $10.3 million annually to fund redevelopment initiatives throughout the County. This new non-ad valorem capital is in addition to the $13 million (and rising) in annual County tax increment payments (ad valorem-based) to the existing municipal CRAs.
