VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION WEEK

You are invited to help us celebrate an Adopt-A-Street milestone achievement—more than 200,000 pounds of litter have now been removed from Broward County roadways by you, our volunteers! The Broward County Commission proclaimed February 15-21 as Adopt-A-Street Volunteer Appreciation Week. Enjoy being recognized for your Adopt-A-Street participation and support the program by attending the Commission meeting at which the proclamation will be read, on Tuesday, February 10. The proclamation will be part of the “Good and Welfare” portion of the meeting, at 1:30 p.m. in the downtown Government Center commission chambers. We will celebrate afterwards with cake and prizes in the lobby, while supplies last .
