Broward's Environmental Planning and Community Resilience Division has a few new and exciting community opportunities for learning and engagement this November! Find complete details here.

  • ​November 4th – Brow​ard Climate Ambassador Program: Residents can sign up to participate in Climate Change Awareness & Communication Training. The training is free and all ages are encouraged. Email questions to resilience@broward.org.
  • November 4th & 5th – King Tide Citizen Science Initiative: You can participate in Broward’s citizen science effort to track, record, and report flooding impacts to our communities. Upload photos of tidal flooding that you observe in your community to our 
    web-mapping application. Groups can sign up to monitor one of six specific sites using our King Tide Kit. For questions, contact Carrie Kashar at ckashar@broward.org​ or 954-519-1265.
