Broadview Estates Neighborhood Improvement Project

The Broadview Estates Neighborhood Improvement Project (BENIP) includes approximately 250 acres, 1500 homes, and 4700 residents. Improvements will include 33 miles of pipe, 16 miles of roadway, and 8.4 miles of sidewalk. There are currently two bid packages planned for this project. Neighborhoods include Broadview Estates and Pompano Park.

North
Bid Package 1	This project began April 10 ,2006 and is scheduled to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2008.
South
Bid Package 2	This project is scheduled to begin construction in the 3rd quarter of 2008 and be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
