Operational Review Team
Six police and fire rescue Operational Review Teams (ORT) were created by Broward County in 2014 as part of a quality assurance program for Regional 911. The teams were established to provide a means of surfacing and addressing any first responder concerns related to field operations for emergency call taking and/or dispatch services provided through Regional 911.

Broward County transferred the ORT to the field operational community in January 2017. Today, there is one ORT, comprised of members of the Broward County Chiefs of Police Association, the Fire Chiefs' Association of Broward County, and the Broward County City Managers' Association.
