Admissions

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Broward Addiction Recovery Center (BARC) will be temporarily limiting the hours for Admissions.  Effective Sunday, April 19th, 2020, BARC will be reducing operations to 6:00AM-6:00PM. During this temporary measure, clients will be seen by appointment only, with the last appointment beginning at 4:00PM.  

To schedule an appointment to be evaluated for Detoxification, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Residential Treatment or Outpatient services, please contact the Admissions Department at 954-357-4851. For more information on BARC's Services, 954-357-4880

Detoxification

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Broward Addiction Recovery Center (BARC) will be temporarily limiting the hours for Admissions, inlcuding Detoxification.  Hours have been reduced to 6:00AM-6:00PM. During this temporary measure, clients will be seen by appointment only, with the last appointment beginning at 4:00PM.  Additionally, to allow for enhanced social distancing, the BARC Detoxification unit has converted to single occupancy rooms, which has temporarily reduced our bed capacity from 50 beds to 28 beds.

To enter a treatment program, you must fist go through the admission and/or detoxification process. Once admitted, Residential, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient services are available at the following locations.
