​​​How to Obtain an Airfield Operating Area (AOA) Ramp access Decal.

  1. Review the Vehicle Ramp Access Checklist (PDF)
  2. Complete the Vehicle Ramp Access Decal Application (PDF) ​
  3. Click the submit button located at the top of the form. (Attach additional documents such as approved certificates of insurance, vehicle registration, etc.) if applicable 
  4. Click the send button for application processing
