FLL wants to make your trip an enjoyable experience. You'll have access to numerous shops and restaurants offering a variety of food and beverages. There are clean, comfortable restrooms, including facilities for travelers with disabilities and families with small children.

Recognize an Airport Employee
You can recognize an FLL airport employee who demonstrates superior customer service through the FLL Cares: Everyday Heroes Recognition Program.
This program allows guests, tenants, and employees to nominate an airport employee who provides above-and-beyond customer service and demonstrates the "FLL Cares" attitude. ​

Bag​gage Carts

Baggage carts are available for rental at $6. Cart stands are located on terminals and garages' upper and lower levels. Major credit cards are accepted. For more information, call 954-359-0007.​​


​Baggage Wrapping

Wrap your baggage with plastic professionally before boarding a flight for $15 per bag or $22 for irregular items.​
Location:  Terminal 1 (Located on the Lower Level next to the Starbucks. Enter at Door 111
Hours:      6 a.m. to 2 p.m. 7 daily​

​​​​Currency Exchange

The Currency Exchanges are located in the following locations: 

Terminal 4
Pre-security in the Baggage Claim area on the lower level
Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 8PM) and Saturday to Sunday (9AM to 5PM)

The currency exchanges stock all major currencies. Exchange rates and commissions are competitive.

​​ATMs

Automated teller machines (ATMs), available 24 hours/day, are located pre and post-security in all four terminals, including the Rental Car Center on the third floor.

Elevators

El​evators are near the entrance and exit doors for easy access to all terminal levels.


​Medical Services

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are effective lifesaving devices in cardiovascular emergencies. They are accessible throughout the terminals.


Public Baggage Storage

​​​Public Baggage Storage, when operational, is normally available in Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Enjoy exploring the airport or surrounding communities without the impediment of having to take your luggage with you. For more information, call 954-359-5505.

For cruise passengers, some airlines offer baggage check-in at the port for the return flight. This allows you to explore the greater Fort Lauderdale area or the airport. Contact your airline to see if they offer this service.

​​Telephones

Telephones are in terminal lobbies, concourses, and baggage claim areas. Courtesy phones are available in baggage claim areas offering direct connect service to local car companies and hotels.


​Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) Service

The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport provides free Wi-Fi internet access. This service is available in all terminals, concourses, and the Rental Car Center. One can use a properly configured laptop, personal digital assistant, or other wireless-compatible devices that can connect to the internet. The airport suggests using a computer running one of the newer versions of the Windows or MAC operating systems and newer versions of Android and Apple mobile devices or smartphones.

To connect to the free FLL wireless service, follow these simple steps:

• Your device must have a compatible wireless card installed or embedded in the laptop or mobile device.

• Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections can be established using most client software; however, the airport cannot guarantee functionality.

•​ The airport highly recommends that users employ standard technology safety measures. The airport does not scan, filter, monitor, or block traffic through this internet connection. Standard technology safety measures include using anti-virus software with updated signature files, personal firewall programs, and all applicable, updated security patches or fixes for the operating system and browser software.

• Users assume all responsibility for utilizing this free service.

The free public Wi-Fi SSIDs that are authorized by FLL are named as follows:
