Big Dog Promotion Continues

Our “Roll with the Big Dogs” promotion continues this month. Adoption fees for Big Dogs (40 lbs. or more) are waived and adopters will also receive FREE pet supplies! Fees for cats continue to be waived (including our adoptable cats at Pet Supermarket stores located in Broward County). The $20 non-refundable deposit applies to hold a stray/lost dog or cat.

All adoptions include spaying/neutering, all necessary vaccinations, a Broward County Rabies Registration License tag and a microchip!

Dog Smarts 101 Class October 10

The next Dog Smarts 101 Class will take place Tuesday, October 10, from 6-7PM, at the West Regional Library, 8601 W. Broward Blvd, Plantation, 33324. The pet education class will teach dog owners (or anyone thinking about getting a pet) important information about dog behavior and why dogs do the things they do. This is the perfect class for anyone experiencing behavioral problems with their dog, such as barking, chewing and housebreaking issues. The class is FREE to all residents. Since this is not a dog training session, no pets will be permitted to the program.

Rabies Clinic October 14

The next Rabies Clinic will be held Saturday, October 14, from 9AM to 2PM, at TY Park, 3300 North Park Road, Hollywood, 33021. Cost for a one-year rabies vaccination and Broward County Rabies Registration tag is $25 for dogs and cats that are spayed/neutered; and $35 for pets that are not spayed/neutered. Microchips will also be available for $15. You must be a Broward County resident to attend. All dogs must be on leashes and all cats in carriers. ONLY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED!
