Exceptional and Outstanding Contributions to Arts Education Awards
An individual and an organization each receive a cash award to recognize significant contributions to arts education.
The 2018 event was made possible by a partnership among:
- PNC
- School Board of Broward County
- Broward Center for the Performing Arts
- Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau
- Jodi & Paul Tanner
- Broward Cultural Council
- and other generous sponsors.
For more than 30 years, Broward Cultural Division, the
School Board of Broward County, Florida, the Broward Center for the Performing
Arts and other generous private sector donors have called attention to the
importance of arts education in Broward County schools.
ArtsEd Forever! is an advocacy, awareness and recognition
program that highlights best practices in schools and communities. Each year, a
culminating event and reception is held at the Broward Center for the
Performing Arts. It features exhibitions and performances by student and
professional artists, along with presentations of cash awards to educators,
schools and organizations for their exemplary service.
