Community Shuttles
​​​​Broward County Transit's (BCT) community shuttle service is designed to increase the number of destinations within city limits ​that residents can access through public transit. All community shuttles connect to BCT fixed routes and are wheelchair accessible and equipped with bike racks.

​Effective Wednesday, December 30, Hallandale Beach Community Shuttle has extended the modified COVID hours service to end at 6PM instead of 5PM. Services for Routes 1, 2, and 3 will be Monday to Saturday and Route 4 will be Monday to Sunday.

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea

The Pelican Hopper Community Shuttle schedule has been increased to 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday until further notice.

Effective Monday, Dec. 14 the route will operate on its COVID/Detour schedule that includes Sea Ranch Center, Galt Area, Pompano Island Shops and Holy Cross Hospital.​

The Hopper continues its temporary detour, eliminating its turn-around in Terra Mar Subdivision, continuing north and turning around Island Shoppes in Pompano Beach (SE 12th Street).
