BCT Service Changes

Schedule Changes: Routes 4, 7, 48
New, Smaller 29-foot Buses: Routes 4, 6

Route 4 – Hallandale Beach Boulevard to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport Tri-Rail Station via A1A

  • New Weekday service span is from 5:15 a.m. to 10:58 p.m. with a 40-minute frequency.
  • Additional changes were made to improve on-time performance.
  • Route 4 will operate using new 29-foot buses designed to improve maneuverability.

Route 6 – County Line Road and Dixie Highway to Broward Central Terminal

Route 7 – NW 210 Avenue and Pines Boulevard to Young Circle via Pines/Hollywood Boulevard

  • The westbound weekday trip beginning at 5:30 a.m. has been extended to NW 210th Avenue/Pines Boulevard and will also serve Timepoints 3, 2, and 1.

Route 48 – US 441 to Deerfield Beach via Hillsboro Boulevard

  • New Weekday service span is from 5:30 a.m. to 10:58 p.m. with a 46-minute frequency. 
  • New Saturday service span is from 5:50 a.m. to 10:49 p.m. with a 40-minute frequency.
  • New Sunday service span is from 5:50 a.m. to 10:49 p.m. with a 40-minute frequency.
  • Additional changes were made to improve on-time performance.
  • The eastbound route will now service Stop #2983 (Hillsboro Boulevard/Powerline Road) before Century Village in Deerfield Beach now that the detour is no longer in effect.
