NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC: If you wish to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission, as applicable, with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, you will need a record of the proceedings. You may thus need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with Section 286.0113 of the Florida Statutes and the direction of the Broward County Board of Commissioners, presentations during Selection or Evaluation Committee Meetings are closed. Only the Selection or Evaluation Committee members, County staff and the vendor and their team will be present in the Meeting Room during the presentation and subsequent question and answer period.
