The Resilient Environment Department investigates violations of Chapter 27 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances, also known as the Natural Resource Protection Code. Generally, these are activities that could potentially impact the air, waters, soils, or natural resources of Broward County.
Environmental complaints can be reported during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8AM-4:30PM by contacting Broward County's Call Center at 311 or 954-831-4000 or submitting a complaint online (select "Request for Service").
