Mr. Frohme was appointed to the Housing Finance Authority Board in 2008. He has been a resident of South Florida since 1970. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in Florida since 1972 and is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

From 1970 until November 1986, Mr. Frohme was with the Miami office of the international
accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, serving five years as an audit partner who specialized in real estate, cruise lines, engineering and litigation consulting. From December 1986 to October 1987, he served as a financial consultant and acting chief financial officer for Miami Dolphins, Ltd.

Since late 1987 to the present, he has worked as a sole practitioner with an emphasis on asset-based lending, litigation consulting, accounting and financial services and assistance to various accounting firms in performing audits and reviews. He has also performed various consulting engagements for banks on problem loans, properties in foreclosure and non-accrual loans. Mr. Frohme has also served as a “work out” consultant on projects, including a commercial lender and an orthopedic medical practice.
