​​​​​The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires all Continuums of Care (HCoCs) to adopt “written policies and procedures” to guide the general operations and day-to-day activities of their coordinated entry (CEA) systems. The Broward County Homeless Continuum of Care Written Standards of Care​​ have been developed for the Broward FL 601 Continuum of Care, which geographically includes all of Broward County Florida. The Standards are reviewed annually and updated according to changing community needs and the HUD regulations. The current version of the Standards was approved by the CoC Board in September 2025.​
