Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), Proposal Preparation, and Fair Housing Workshop Pre-Development Public Hearing

Time: 10:00 A.M.
This serves as the Public Hearing for comments from citizens for the preparation of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (October 1, 2026-September 30, 2027) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME).
The Broward County Housing a& Urban Planning Division (HUPD) is providing the NOFA for projects to be funded with grant funds from HUD.
HOME and ESG Universal Application will be available at the HUPD office located at 110 NE 3rd Street, 3rd Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. through Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. A proposal preparation and fair housing workshop, and Public Hearing for the above listed programs will be held the HUPD offices on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
