This serves as the Public Hearing for comments from citizens for the preparation of the Fiscal Year (FY) October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025 (FY 24-25) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME) Grants Annual Action Plan (AAP).
The Broward County Housing Finance Division (HFD) is providing the NOFA for projects to be funded with grant funds from HUD.
HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Universal Applications will be available at the HFD office on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM through Friday, February 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM. To download the Public Notice, click
