The ADA team coordinates the efforts of Broward County Government to implement and comply with the Title II provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). The team serves as a technical advisor to all County departments, divisions and offices on the ADA and other disability related laws and issues, serves as staff liaison to the Advisory Board for Individuals with Disabilities (ABID) and monitors the County's ADA Compliance.
