​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Members of the public and representatives of organizations are entitled to address the Delegation at the public hearing appropriate to their subject matter. 

To Access the Speakers Form, click on button below. Please complete this form at least 48 hours (business hours) prior to the Hearing for which you wish to speak. This form is subject to close two days prior to a scheduled meeting.  After that time, your name may not appear on the prepared agenda but, you may have the opportunity to sign up at the Hearing. Speakers will have 2 minutes to present information to the Delegation. If providing handouts for the Legislators, please bring 20 copies and give to the Delegation Staff at the start of the meeting.

If you wish to speak at the Public Hearing, please sign up using this form no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
The completed form will automatically be forwarded to the Delegation Office.​
