Veterans Connect Hotspot Program
Free Mobile Internet Service for Veterans, Active Military and their dependents!
Veterans, active military members and their dependents can check out free WiFi hotspots at nine library locations throughout Broward County with valid military identification. The free hotspots provide unlimited access to T-Mobile's 4G LTE network and increase access to information and technology. The hotspots will be loaned for one month with the option to renew the loan three more times. For more information, please call 954-357-7444.
The goal of the Veterans Connect Hotspot Program is to assist veterans in transitioning to civilian life by encouraging education, self development and career advancement through technology. It also encourages the use of Broward County Libraries' vast resources and services by members of the military community.
To borrow a Hotspot, present:
Broward County Library card
- Your valid Military ID (Veterans Identification Card (VIC), Active Duty ID card, Guard/Reserve Military ID Card, Retiree Military ID Card, Military Dependent ID Card) or a Driver's License with a "V" designation.
