Guggenheim Museum Book Archive
Full text, illustrated online versions of books and catalogues that document its exhibitions and collections. Over 200 books of masters including Pablo Picasso, Roy Lichtenstein, Paul Klee and Jenny Holzer, and topics range from the Russian and Soviet avant-garde movement to collections of Chinese and Aztec art. Can be viewed online or downloaded in PDF/ePub formats.

History of Collecting in America - Frick Reference Library
Researchers can locate primary source material about American art collectors, dealers, agents and advisors, and the repositories that hold these records. The database is a work in progress that is regularly updated with information contributed by both institutions and individuals.
