2023 FALL FESTIVALS

​Fall Festival & Pumpkin Patch
C.B. Smith Park, Pembroke Pines​
Saturdays & Sundays, October 7-29; 10AM to 4PM
Fees: $12/person per day; $10/seniors per day; $10/military per day; children 2 years and under free. The park's weekend/holiday gate entrance fee of $3/vehicle (8 or less occupants) or $20/vehicle (9 or more occupants) will be in effect.

The daily ticket includes more than 20 activities including a pumpkin patch (one free pumpkin per child with others available for purchase); haunted trail; bounce house; excavators; pedal kart track; trike track​; corn pit; barnyard ball zone; bubble-making stations; music station; slides; cornhole; rubber duck race; steer roping game; pumpkin bowling, and more!

"Hallo-Green" Fall Event

Fee: $2/person suggested donation to the Friends of Anne Kolb Nature Center

Celebrate the fall season with an afternoon of envrionmentally friendly activities, games, arts & crafts, and more. Wear a fun costume if you like. It's a party!​

Fall Fun Day

Sunday, October 15​; 10AM to 2PM
Fees: Free. Donations are accepted for crafts and snacks for sale.

Activities to this event, which is sponsored by the non-profit Fern Allies friends group, include ecocrafts, guided nature walks, and pinecone basket weaving demonstration. 

Fall Festival
Tradewinds Park & Stables, Coconut Creek​
Saturday, October 21; 11AM to 3PM
Fees: $20 for 25 tickets; $10 for 12 tickets; $5 for six tickets; $1 per individual ticket (ticket sales end at 2 p.m.). The park's weekend/holiday gate entrance fee of $3/vehicle (8 or less occupants) or $20/vehicle (9 or more occupants) will be in effect.

Activities include hayrides, pumpkin patch, farm tours, stable tours, vendor village, bounce houses, food trucks (tickets cannot be used to purchase food truck items), face painter, fall games & crafts, deejay, and model steam train rides (separate fee applies). 


HALLOWEEN EVENTS


Family-Friendly Haunted Trails - The twilight experience was developed for a family-friendly, mildly scary experience. We open one of our trails in the comfort of light just before dusk, allowing families to bring young children for a "not so scary" experience. Ideal for ages 10 and under with a reasonable maturity level.
Saturdays, October 21 & 28, and Sunday, October 29; 4 to 6PM; Fees: $15/person plus two additional add-on options

Four Haunted Trails: 
Florida Man, Psycho Path, Camp Carnage, and La Bruja's Graveyard - WARNING/DISCLAIMER (for more details): This haunted attraction depicts scenes of violence and includes special effects that may be unsuitable for children and persons with certain medical conditions. Parental discretion is advised for children under 13 years of age. Minors 15 to 18 years must enter with a chaperone (21 years or older with valid ID). One chaperone can accompany up to six minors. Minors cannot be unattended; chaperones must be present and have a ticket to enter. Enter at your own risk!

Thursday, October 26 and Tuesday, October 31, 8 to 10PM​
Fees: General admission - $45-$60/person plus add-ons; R.I.P. admission - $99-$120/person plus add-ons.

Funtober: Spiny Orb Weaver Haunts and Things
Fern Forest Nature Center, Coconut Creek
Saturday, October 28, Noon to 1PM; Fee: $5/person for ages 10 and under with an adult. Registration with park office is required (954-357-5198).

A Halloween-themed program that includes a spider lesson, craft, and nature walk. Meet in the amphitheater.

Spooky Night at Saw Palmetto
Saw Palmetto Natural Area, Coconut Creek
Tuesday, October 31, 5 to 7:30PM; Free for all ages.

Join our naturalists for a night of tricks, treats, and costumes! With fun experiments a​nd a semi-spooky natural trail, this event is the perfect spot for a Halloween adventure.
