The application can be completed and printed at home to bring with you to the park where you would like to volunteer, along with photo identification. Blank applications are also available at park offices. Staff will make a copy of each applicant's ID, which is required as part of the background-check process. Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age, and volunteers under the age of 18 will need their parent/guardian's signature on these forms.
