After-School Program/Teen Program

The Broward County Parks and Recreation Division's After-School Program is for ages 6 to 12 at all six neighborhood parks. A Teen Program, for ages 13 to 17, is offered at all neighborhood parks except Boulevard Gardens.

The free programs are offered annually at neighborhood parks located in the Broward Municipal Services District. The programs are held Mondays through Fridays ​(including some out-of-school days, winter break, and spring break). The After-School Program is held from 2:30 to 6 p.m., and the Teen Program runs from 2 to 6 p.m., except at Sunview where hours are 5 to 8 p.m.

Activities include cultural programs, youth sports, arts and crafts, time for homework, game-room activities, socializing, field trips, computer access, and more. For more information, call or visit the park of your choice.
