Most of our regional and neighborhood parks have at least one playground. The Parks Foundation of Broward County paid for materials so one Communication Board could be created for every playground. The boards support individuals who are non-verbal or have limited speech in expressing their needs, choices, and emotions to help foster more inclusive and welcoming spaces for all members of our community.
