New: The Broward County GIS Demographics Team has released a new Broward by the Numbers! This 2023 Issue focuses on domestic migration in Broward County. 

Did you know that Florida counties are the dominant counties for both the inflow and outflow migration to and from Broward County? Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County represent 79% of all inflow migration to Broward County and 64% of all outflow migration out of Broward County.

Previous Releases

The U.S. Census Bureau has released the 2021 ZIP Code Business Patterns data. ZIP Code Business Patterns (ZBP) are the component of the County Business Patterns annual series providing economic data at the ZIP code level. ZBP data provides annual statistics for businesses with paid employees within the U.S. at the ZIP Code Level and includes Information such as:

  • Number of establishments
  • Number of employees
  • First quarter payroll
  • Annual payroll

​Statistics are available for download on the County Business Patterns website. The data can also be accessed via the Census Bureau website on data.census.gov.​​​

Broward County GIS section has released the 2022 Broward County and Municipal Profile inforgraphics. The infographics includes data about demographics, economics, and housing.
