Broward County is transitioning to our ​new Electronic Procurement System (BPRO) powered by Bonfire. Current and future vendors are encouraged to act now. Technology is a driving force in today's industry. To remain on the cutting edge we are building more automation into our solicitation submission process. To prepare you for this transition we are asking that you register in our new portal now.​

What you can expect:

Current Solicitations

Broward County solicitations posted in Periscope S2G (the system currently being phased out), will not be converted to Bonfire. Vendors must continue to use Periscope S2G to respond to those solicitations and see bid results.

New Solicitations

New solicitations will be posted in Bonfire. Vendors must register in Bonfire to review, download, and respond to those solicitations.

Conversion

Our conversion to BPRO should be complete in the Fall of 2024 where all new solicitations will only be advertised in Bonfire.

Watch Bid Opening Live via Webex

Broward County conducts bid openings 100% online!

For your convenience, bids will be opened and live-streamed via Cisco Webex Monday through Friday ​at 2:01 p.m.

Joining the Webex meeting will allow you to view the vendors responding to each bid and the bid amount submitted from each vendor.  This will replace in-person bid openings. ​
